GUGGENHEIM MUSEUM INTERVENTION
Contemplating the Void
Guggenheim Exhibition, 2009
Oyler Wu Collaborative was invited by the Guggenheim Museum in New York to be a part of an exhibition entitled: Contemplating the Void: Interventions in the Guggenheim Museum. The exhibition, commemorating the 50th anniversary of the completion of the Frank Lloyd Wright icon, was intended to celebrate the catalytic power of the museum's spiraling Rotunda. Each designer was asked to create a visionary intervention in the museum's Rotunda. The exhibition included the work of 200 architects, artists, and designers from all over the world.
